PosterGali acts solely as a technology platform that connects businesses with local communities. We do not own, verify, endorse, or guarantee the products, services, offers, or information published by users unless explicitly stated.

Eligibility

By using PosterGali, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

PosterGali reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if false or misleading information is provided.

User Accounts & Phone Verification

PosterGali allows users to create posters without creating an account.

However, users must verify their mobile number before publishing a poster. By verifying your number, you confirm that:

• The mobile number belongs to you.
• You are authorized to use it.
• You agree to receive communications related to your poster or PosterGali services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your verification credentials and for all activities conducted using your verified mobile number.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you publish on PosterGali.

You agree that your posters, advertisements, and listings will:

• Contain accurate and truthful information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Not mislead or deceive users.
• Not violate the rights of any individual or business.

You are responsible for ensuring that all claims, prices, discounts, job descriptions, and contact information are accurate.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on PosterGali:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent advertisements
• Fake discounts or deceptive promotional offers
• Offensive, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Pornographic or sexually explicit material
• Illegal goods or services

• Copyrighted images, logos, trademarks, or content without authorization
• Spam, duplicate, or repetitive advertisements

Poster Review & Moderation

Payments & Subscription Services

Jobs & Hiring

PosterGali allows businesses to publish job openings.

PosterGali:

• Does not verify every employer or applicant.
• Does not guarantee interviews, hiring, or employment.
• Is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers.
• Is not liable for interactions between employers and job seekers.

Job seekers are encouraged to independently verify all opportunities before accepting employment.

Business Listings & Promotions

PosterGali provides businesses with a platform to promote their products and services.

However, PosterGali does not guarantee:

• Sales
• Customer inquiries
• Business growth
• Footfall
• Lead generation
• Return on investment

Business performance depends on several external factors beyond PosterGali's control.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the posters, images, logos, and other content they upload.

By uploading content, you grant PosterGali a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Share your content across the Platform
